Anne is currently co-owner/partner/creator of Cornerstone Healing, a private Acupuncture practice located in the Carroll Gardens area of Brooklyn, NY. Cornerstone Healing’s practice is dedicated to the well-being of individual patients and the community as a whole. Here Anne treats a wide variety of disorders such as musculoskeletal problems, women’s issues and gastrointestinal ailments.

Choosing to attain an education in Eastern medicine came as no surprise to this pharmacist, who simply perceived it as “following her roots” – She finds that her philosophy of “preventing disease before it happens” is achievable through the use of Traditional Oriental Medicine thereby keeping the body in harmony.

In 1992 Anne received a BS in Pharmacy from Long Island University. For the next decade Anne practiced pharmacy in the Washington Heights section of New York City. During this time she also pursued her Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, a 4 year program focusing on both Eastern and Western philosophies. She completed PCOM’s intensive program in 2000. Anne then furthered her studies at the China Beijing International Acupuncture Center in Beijing, China. She also completed her Detox training at Lincoln Hospital. Currently Anne is an Acupuncture Supervisor at the Brownsville Multiservice Family Health Center where she uses the NADA Detox protocol to help individuals to abstain from drugs and alcohol.
