Core Training
A certified personal trainer introduces the client to a basic and effective core conditioning program. The core is a collective of many different muscles that stabilize the spine and run along the torso. It is essential that these muscles be trained as they provide a solid foundation for movement in the extremities. A strong core also distributes the stresses of weight-bearing and protects the back. Other benefits of core training can include improved balance and stability, reduced risk of injury and increased athletic performance.
