Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of services. We accept cash and major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and Debit cards).

Insurance
We currently accept Oxford Health Plan. The patient is responsible for their deductible cost and co-payments. In the event that Oxford does not reimburse Cornerstone Healing, the patient is responsible for full payment. Unfortunately, we do not bill other insurance companies directly for acupuncture and massage therapy services. However, we will provide the patient with a superbill to submit to their insurance company.

Cancellation
Though walk-ins are welcome, visits by appointment are preferred to insure that our patients receive individualized attention and care. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so other patients may be offered the availability. If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24-hours in advance, a charge will be applied.

Courtesy
As a courtesy to our patients, please keep voice levels low when sessions are in progress. Since everyone has different reactions to strong scents, please do not wear perfumes or fragrances and be mindful of personal hygiene. This will help make everyone's experience at Cornerstone Healing a pleasant one.

Home Visits
For an additional fee, we will travel to locations within Brooklyn and Manhattan. All home visit appointments require a credit card to hold the appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Prices will vary depending on location. Please call for exact rates.
